COLOURS & MEASUREMENTS Each ceramic item is individually handcrafted, meaning slight variations may occur compared to the photos displayed. Colours may also appear different on various screens compared to real life. Every product includes a description of its materials and dimensions.

DELIVERY Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow 3–6 business days for order processing. Delivery may take up to 14 business days. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping is available worldwide.

All orders are sent via Postnord. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

If you prefer to collect your order in person from my studio in Majorna, Gothenburg, email hello@linaschnaufer.com before placing your order to receive a “free shipping” code for checkout.

PACKAGING Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, items are carefully packed. However, while all parcels are labeled as fragile, shipping companies may not always handle them with care. Therefore, I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss once the parcel has been handed to the shipping service. The same applies to lost or stolen packages.

Inspect the package before accepting it. Do not accept a damaged package!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES All returns must be approved in advance. Contact hello@linaschnaufer.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Returned products must be unused, in new condition, and include the original packaging. Any damage incurred during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Pack items securely to avoid this.

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, the exchange will not be accepted.

Always inspect the package before accepting it. If the parcel is damaged upon arrival, contact the shipping service immediately and notify me at hello@linaschnaufer.com.

It is recommended that customers keep the return shipment receipt and tracking number. Lina Schnaufer cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.
