"For this project I’ve worked with one of my favorite forms; the wild rose and rose hip bushes that I let become hedges – creating a setting for a story of two gardeners to unfold.

I played with the repeat and shapes that the rosebushes created and let the little garden-islands each hold a story of the life they live.

 

I liked how the bushed both created a peaceful space and at the same time makes
me think of the wild hedges surrounding the castle in the story sleeping beauty.”
