The DISCUSSION : ACTION book is to be used as a tool or guide in class regarding the theme misfits. It’s aim is to start conversation and reflection amongst school classes that have seen or will see the play THE MISFITS by Backa Teater.

"This lecture is a way to start a discussion about exclusion amongst students. We live in a society and in a world that often chooses not to see the misfits within it. This is a way to make your students reflect upon why people feel like they don’t belong or doesn’t fit in the framework that society built. It’s about learning  empathy, it’s about solidarity. To discuss this matter creates a possibility to open some eyes that used to be closed and create understanding."
